Sign-in Confusion with EOA and Safe

Describe the bug
Tabula will sometimes get confused which account it is signed into: an EOA or Safe.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Sign into Tabula with an EOA wallet
2. Sign into Tabula with a Safe
3. Edit a post that was created using a Safe. (You must first disconnect your EOA, then log in with your Safe via WalletConnect)
4. Browse around, and you will end up being logged in as the EOA again, which will then prevent you from being able to edit that post. (To get it back to the Safe account, you must disconnect the EOA and log in via WalletConnect again.)

Expected behavior
Once logged in as a Safe via WalletConnect, I expected Tabula to not log me into the site with my EOA, especially after having disconnected it via Tabula's interface.
