Transfer/share project ownership to Dan

Not quite sure how to do this yet, though there's a notion of "organisations" in github which might be a suitable way to mobilise the project out of my direct control.

Maybe the only way to do it is for me to fork it? That would seem to be the github way. Then we would/could treat that as the upstream. As a more svn-minded person I feel like it's better to have one canonical location though...
