BitBucket server to GitHub Ent. Cloud (Github.com) blocked

I am looking for support to unblock a POC.

Need help to troubleshoot a migration error encountered while using the BBS2GH extension.

Target Github Enterprise Org:

• Importer has been successfully tested with other small repositories
• Target enterprise is Non EMU and not integrated with an IDP
• The PAT token being used has not changed roles/permissions. It was reused to successfully complete other trial runs.
• SFTP is not enabled on customer's environment, hence the "ARCHIVE_FILE" was downloaded using the bbs2gh extension
• The source repo has open/closed/pending pull requests
• The source repo is about 28GB (archive tar file size)
• version of the bbs2gh extension [v1.27.0]

Attached is the "Verbose" log from the trial run. The process ran for about 30 minutes before the GitHub API returned a FAILED state with no specific failureReason beyond the generic error message

In this case you have to contact the GitHub Support with the Migration ID. The Support can then look up in the system and probably give you a detailed answer.
