`--target-uploads-url` option marked as `Hidden`

In all commands the `--target-uploads-url` options is marked as `Hidden`. As this option is essential for the archive upload when migrating to hosts like `contoso.ghe.com` this option should NOT be hidden. It took me hours to figure it out and only the look into the code revealed the option. And as it seams I am not the only one #1509.

Or is there a good reason to keep this option hidden?
