[FEAT] Integration on ToBeContinuous components #115

Need to import the project when we use a self-hosted GitLab.
Describe the solution you'd like
A solution could be to integration Plumber on ToBeContinuous pipeline.
That could also allow to put the GitLab token on a vault by using directly a vault variant on ToBeContinuous.
Why It's Valuable
By this integration, Plumber will be used by lot of projects.
