DER Marshal method?

Hi,

Since you invested so much time in developing the Unmarshal method?
How hard would it be to also develop the Marshal method and not use the encoding/asn1 one?

I haven't really touched SNMP in recent years, I'd welcome a PR, but I doubt I'd get to it myself
