Running eval interpolation on two models

I have two segmented chair models of my own and I would like to run interpolation evaluation results on these two chair models. How can I do this? I see that chair_vaefeature.mat was used to interpolate between two chairs. But I am not sure how to get this mat file with two-segmented meshes (meshes have been segmented at face level)
