[BUG] Kick message on Velocity

Describe the bug
Player gets kicked with connection reset error instead of configured message. Yeah, I saw an 1.9.3 changelog where it says it was fixed, but, well, I guess it's not.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install KauriVPN on Velocity
2. Try to join the server
3. Get kicked without proper message

What instance are you running KauriVPN on?
Put an 'x' in the brackets to check it

• Velocity (SNAPSHOT-482), KauriVPN (1.9.3)
• Bukkit/Spigot
• Bungeecord

Additional context
Using TCPShield with its plugin, not sure if the same error persists with it disabled.
