SVG export for text characters šđč枊ĐČĆŽ not working properly! WIN11 release v1.0.0-rc.3

I have a strange problem with special characters in the text šđč枊ĐČĆŽ. When rendering everything is ok, but in SVG export they disappear and are replaced by some strange other character.
It doesn't matter if the character is present in the imported svg file or if it was entered manually. The font also doesn't matter although it is Arial/regular in the example below:
In editor: šđč枊ĐČĆŽ
SVG output: �dcc���CC�

Just tested on Linux and it works as expected:

<tspan x="0">šđč枊ĐČĆŽ</tspan>

Could you upload the exported SVG? or show the exported SVG source with the text?
