Merge new interface into current one

@flooie has been working locally on a Django interface using real scanned data and blackletter integration

He will publish the changes as a branch in this repo, so we can adapt it

For this merging to work, we will need to add the blackletter service image into this project docker compose

Some of these issues will be solved by this merge
