Let's discuss what the human reviewer should look for in the raw scans
What will the automated blackletter checks fail to discover?
What should be double check?
What should the "notes" field contain?
If we actually flag an issue, it will probably be an issue for single page of the scan, and we would expect a correction to happen
There may be model change needed to handle the corrections suggested by blackletter and the human corrections together #32
