Integrate blackletter automated checks on scan upload or correction

Bill demoed this week. He is adding an endpoint / command to blackletter that checks for

• missing pages
• blurry pages
• bleed through, etc.

When to run this?

• an original scan is uploaded
• a corrected scan is marked ready for review again

How to present the output to the user?

• should they be notified on their emails / once they login into Django agian?
• we need a standardized output so we can store / present this

I think we could use a daemon for this, when uploading the file we add a new status like NOT_VERIFIED.

Then the daemon runs a management command dedicated exclusively to processing files with that status.

To save the output we could create a new model that stores the output of the blackletter check.

Within the details view we can even add a message like: "We are verifying the file, come back later to see the result." Most likely it will only be a few minutes before the user have the result.

I think I mentioned this before, but I implemented a review queue in the wiki. Claude made it really easy. With that in place, we could train our reviewers to just watch their queue for new tasks. Just a thought.
