Vue component jest tests

Implement automated tests for Vue component, use jest similar to other packages. After tests are passing and are complex enough add to global test script and also gitlab pipeline.

Make sure parts are tested like acceptance of plugins and license keys, acceptance of vue component as label/template etc.
