Rewrite/Archive the Gridcoin-hangout-minutes.

Lots of the information in the Gridcoin-hangout-minutes is very out of date. The documentation will be either revised or entirely rewritten.

I will probably delete and re-upload in order to archive the older hangout information inside of the proper folder. I have not setup SSH keys with github to move the files so I will have to delete them in web.
