Update lsofi v1 to v2 #10090
Description
Lsofi was updated from v1 to v2, the new version has 0 dependencies https://npmx.dev/package/lsofi/v/2.0.0 🙏 and that would shrink the size the consumers of firebase-tools need to download in node-modules
