2.2.9 freezes in VS17.9.3

Description

Automatic bundling freezes visual studio. Manual bundling does not.

Steps to recreate

Have the site running in iis express and make changes to a css file.

Current behavior

VS2022 hangs

Expected behavior

It shouldn't hang.

Yes, I too have the same behavior. It hangs on VS 2022 17.9.4 as well.

I can't replicate this, when I enable bundle on build, it doesn't appear to run the bundling task... I'll try updating the Visual Studio dlls in the project and see if that changes anything; Bundle on Build must have broken in a recent VS update...

2.9.11 also crashes our Visual Studio 17.10.9 every time we save a js that is in a bundle.

It has time to compile / bundle the js files correctly, but right after, Visual Studio stops responding.
When we reopen VS and the solution, we can see the changes made to the bundles in our Git tab)

2.9.11 freezing and crashing VS 17.13.5 upon CSS changes being saved. Minification appears to be completed correctly after restarting VS, but this is happening every single save to any CSS file

@MaddyMuse - Do you have any Visual Studio logs? Can you post a sample project that crashes for you? I'm minimizing the entire KendoUI css with no issues, if you can help me replicate it, I can figure out what is causing it and hopefully fix it.

@failwyn I don't have any logs, but I have figured out the point that causes it to freeze for me: The minified file is being created in a shared project then being copied to both an internal and an external project. When removing the minified file from being included by the shared project, it's still being created but VS doesn't freeze
