TraceID is the same on each request

Hi,

i have a closed source project and tried to use your angular module.

Unfortunately the traceId is the exact same on all requests (which are completely independent from each other).

Is this by intention? Is there some magic config we have to do?

On a single page, the root ID will be the same unless you explicitly start a new span. If you use the router to move to a new page, then the ID should change.

Can this behavior be configured? I expected to have a new span each and every request.

How can one start a new span explicitely?

@ewhauser I think @stefan-niedermann is right: even in the same page, the spanId never changes (no matter if endSpan is manually called).

I think I've fixed this problem with a #47 I sent you some months ago... you accepted it, but never released a new versions of your lib.

I wonder: could you please release a new version? The latest one 0.0.16 doesn't contain the fix.
