Telegram support

I'd like to see native support for sending notifications to Telegram channels, groups, or users via a Telegram bot. This could include:
Configuring a Telegram bot token and chat ID in the .env file (similar to Discord settings).
Support for formatted messages (e.g., Markdown or HTML for embeds-like functionality, since Telegram supports rich text).
Optional features like quiet hours, digests, and "seen" tracking, consistent with existing modules.
Integration as a new module that can be enabled/disabled independently, like the webhook or DM modules.
This would make MultiNotify more versatile for users who rely on Telegram for monitoring Reddit subreddits or RSS/Atom feeds.

This can definitely be added! I'm not real familiar with telegram, does it currently have a webhook option? If so it may be compatible by default I just haven't tested it. It would however be plain text and seeing as you said it supports rich text we can definitely make it look beautiful! Thank you for the suggestion!
