Distinction Between Export Types

• Current View Export (WYSIWYG):

  • Captures and exports exactly what is visible on the screen.

• Full List Export (Logical):

  • Generates an export based on the raw data of the entire list.
  • Suitable for reports or offline use.

• confirmation for Long Lists
  A confirmation popup should appear when attempting to export (very) long lists.
  • This warns users about potentially long processing times.
  • Users can choose to cancel the operation or confirm to proceed with the export.
