Transition regular expression matching into separate .type files for better control of sectioning.

change fluff.txt to fluff.type, and move the rest of the expression matching into type files.

Shouldn't need to use separate files. Because of how it creates an array via an iterated function, could just have the first character scanned for a special character that denotes it is a regular expression and to omit $value=preg_quote($value,'/'); for that line.
