Doing a drag-drop operation in reverse fails

What Happened?

Dragged a file from one (local) folder to another (local) folder. Then immediately dragged it back to the original folder. The second operation failed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create two local folders A & B
2. Open the two folders in separate tabs
3. In folder A create a file
4. Drag the file and drop it into B - succeeds
5. Drag the file from B and drop it onto A - fails.

Expected Behavior

The second operation succeeds
