Access remote device: does not appear as mounted until first refresh

What Happened?

If i paste into the URL bar the URL of our remote folder (via Webdav), i can access the content immediately.

However it does not show as a mounted volume until i refresh with Ctrl+R, or open a subfolder or do anything

Steps to Reproduce

Paste URL of remote folder in the URL bar
Look at mounted volume on left side

Expected Behavior

Immediately shows as mounted

Using the connect server dialog shows a mount immediately after successful connection, but not if the same address is pasted into the pathbar (even though the view shows the contents of the server).
