vcf-agent command not found

Hi there,
I followed instruction to run package manually, but after successful installation unfortunately vcf-agent command is not found, it looks like its missing appropriate command in pyproject.toml
I also had hard time finding where "analyze" parameter is defined and what does it do.
May I get some help?
