[Enhancement Request] Add data themes to make some data more interesting

For internal use, this may not be that important, but for demo and marketing use, It's so compelling for viewers to see something they understand/know in the data. If it's not their own data, than public knowledge items, like sports, film, pop culture, are really helpful. Here's a couple example of a mocked-up entity store document:

Already implemented! you only have to add --theme and write what kind of theme you want (nbc, soccer, anime, football...)
