[Enhancement Request] Add Entity Store documents to Security Entity Store(s)

Would be great to be able to add entity store documents to the four entity store sub-stores - user, host, service, generic.

May need to wait for availability of API to create entity store documents is available.  See https://github.com/elastic/security-team/issues/12952
