Explore Codex Agent compatibility

Context

Codex now has an Agent tool similar to Claude Code. Superflow's core workflow (phases, PAR, TDD) is pure markdown — potentially compatible.

Investigation

• Test if Codex can consume references/*.md and prompts/*.md as instructions
• Identify Claude Code-specific bindings (Agent tool, SKILL.md frontmatter, ~/.claude/rules/)
• Evaluate whether a universal adapter layer is feasible without over-complicating the skill

Priority

Low — backlog idea, not a current priority. Explore if there's demand.
