Add a "Copy Link" option to the documents perspective

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
We can see and preview files in the Documents perspective.
However, sometimes we need to copy the link to a file and open it in a new window/tab.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Add a "Copy Link" option next to the rename button in the file row, that will copy the file link to the clipboard.
