Make a general overview/table of contents

Hi, this is a really cool project! However, I'd really like to see some kind of a table of contents pointing to the single chapters. Rights now the only option I have when I'm looking for something or want to know what topics are covered, is to click on every single folder in the code folder in order to find out what is in there. And there are many of them and the names don't reflect the contents at all.
