Remove addresses from tile creation

The more data we store and send, the more overhead costs we're going to have. Since we're planning to make addresses available via search, this seems highly doable without much issue.

If we look into the OpenMapTiles makefile, and dig deeply into how the tile creation pipeline works, we can probably figure out how to do this.

Open question: do we need POIs?
