banned artists still get played

I banned an artist and a song from the same artist was later played. I banned the artist again. If I look at my session history, I can see only 4 artists:
"banned_artist_ids": ["ARPIJUN122989000B4", "ARRL0Y31187B98C0CD", "ARVSIM91187FB3CCF1", "ARC6S881187B9AEF87"],

However, the History tab in the UI shows a list of 7 banned artists, including two that were banned twice (and played twice)... I will watch the console log the next time I ban to be sure the call is successful.

Next time you see this, can you paste the session ID and the errant song/artist ID?

I've changed this to ban by ID rather than implicit "last" -- we'll see if that makes a difference.
