Allow closers to apply based on calendar events #17

i often use certain games to help me focus on conversations with people due to ADHD. As a result, i have some rules which are needlessly permissive, which can result in distractions when said calls are not happening.
It would be good to allow ProcessClosers to query calendar events so that i can put e.g. therapy calls on my calendar and automatically disable said closers. This would also allow me to, for example, apply closers during work specifically rather than just at times when i am usually at work, which would also avoid conflicts when i forget to update config files afterward.
