ProcessClosers may not properly work when duration contains 12:00 AM #14
Description
When i scheduled ProcessClosers to close programs from 11:30 PM to 7:00 AM, they did not appear to close during the appropriate time - if i recall correctly, they were not closing from 11:30 to midnight and were closing after 7 AM. This might actually be a misidentified instance of #13, however.
