Progress Update — Flight's Formal Review

✅ Completed

• Submitted a formal GitHub PR review (--comment type) on PR fix(sdk): sync squad.agent.md roster when agents added to team.md #118 covering Flight's focus area: overall architecture, approach, and alignment with issue [Bug] squad.agent.md roster not synced when agents are added to team.md #83.

⚠️ Limitation: Self-Approval Blocked

GitHub does not allow the PR author (diberry) to submit formal --approve reviews on their own PR. Since the coding agent is authenticated as diberry, all 5 formal reviews submitted via this account will be --comment type reviews, not --approve.

To get formal approvals, a different GitHub user (collaborator) would need to review and approve PR #118.
