Allow toggling of soft keyboard

Hello! The support for hardware keyboards is great, but what would be really cool is the ability to use a soft keyboard. Having a virtual QWERTY would be much better than fanangling with the calculator's alpha key that can't be held down while typing, only toggled. With it, programming RPL on the go would be pretty swell!
