If a video is removed from a playlist, Subarr can alert for old videos

YouTube's RSS feeds list only the top 15 items. If one of those top 15 is removed from the list, then the "previously 16th" item will now be available in the RSS feed. This can cause Subarr to now "sense" this item as a new item
