Add fw/1 as dependency to box.json

* Add fw/1 4.3.x+ as a dependency to `box.json` so it can be installed with `box install`
* Remove the `framework/` directory
* Update README with clear instructions for installing with CommandBox ( `box install fw1-sa` and `box install` ) and without (grab latest 4.3.x (or 5.x) fw1 from the repo and and copy the `framework/` directory into the web root of this application)
