Request: change 'countdown' format to ISO date/time

I went looking for a writing deadline banner app.
e.g. the movie 'Spotlight', 2015. 'You have 4 days, two hours, and 4 minutes until deadline..' [sic].
Then remembered that your excellent and useful clock has a countdown function.
I am now trialling this for my highest priority writing deadline in a few weeks.

May I suggest that ISO date/time format would be most suitable for this function?
YYYY/MM/DD HH/MM/SS
No ambiguity.
I understand that the countdown can be entered using the ISO format, but in Settings it's displayed using USA date format and AM / PM.
