Catch tests taking too long and ask for help #259
Description
In web's main edit/test page, add javascript to check if test duration is >6 seconds (eg)
and if it is, to popup a dialog box asking for possible help.
Ensure the popup only appears once in a single kata.
Popup could mention charitable status.
Idea is generally extensible.
Eg every 1000 test runs you could get a popup saying something else, eg license reminder
(and say it is in a 1 in 1000 chance the popup appears so you might want to buy a lottery ticket).
