Using FMRIprep for the GLMsingle

Hello,

I would like to use GLMsingle for event design analysis after fmriprep preprocessing. When I tried GLMsingle, I noticed that it does not seem to include nuisance regressors from preprocessing. Could you explain the reason for this? Because when I use SPM or AFNI for GLM analysis, they usually require adding nuisance regressors.

GLMsingle automatically determines and uses nuisance regressors (if any) through a step that implements the GLMdenoise technique.
