Variable duration in different trials

Hi @kendrickkay

I've seen past discussions about variable duration. The situation in this issue #41 is that there are four conditions of duration, 1, 2, 3, and 4 TRs, and then stimdur recommends average duration.

But in my current situation, as shown in the figure, I am concerned with the two conditions au and bu, but the duration of trial varies a lot in these two conditions. In this case, how can I set the stimdur in GLMsingle?

Sorry for the delay. I looked at your figure. I agree, the durations are highly different.

I don't have any additional ideas beyond what is on https://glmsingle.readthedocs.io/en/latest/wiki.html ...

We may introduce new features at some point to deal with duration issues, but it may take a while...
