Difficult to select a whole piece of inline code

• by clicking into inline code and immediately dragging you can select some of the code
• by clicking into the start of an inline code mark, and immediately dragging no selection is made
• by clicking into the start of an inline code mark, releasing the mouse button to place the cursor, then clicking and dragging from the same position a selection can be made
• by clicking and dragging from the end of am inline code mark, no selection is made -- this is true even when first placing the cursor at the end of the mark
