Initial install via NPM

We may choose to create npm package for initial %CPM install to the machine

Pro:

• NPM will be requirement for package developer;
  Con:
• NPM is unnecessary for the "average Joe" using CPM as consumer, not developer. For this case Node/npm will be unnecessary prerequisite.
