samplecore running so long

Dear community,

I ran sampleCore using distance matrix of 44 accessions and select 12 core accession in R.
However, I ran more than one day and it's still running. Is that normal? Because previously the spending time I ran was less than 5 min in other distance matrix data.

I code I used in R is below:

library(corehunter)
dist.RUS.north.DNA50ng.for.core <- distances (file = "dist.RUS.north.DNA50ng.csv")
core.12.RUS.north.DNA50ng <- sampleCore(dist.RUS.north.DNA50ng.for.core, size = 12)

The equipment of our computer is below:

CPU: Intel (R) Xeon (R) W-2145 CPU 3.7GHz  3.7GHz
RAM: 64 Gb

The attachment is the distance matrix data.

Sorry, for not replying sooner. Yes, I was able to reproduce. I will look deeper into the software, because I have never seen an example of this before.
