After transfering the token to other party, holder name is not updated in issuer ledger. #247
Description
In the MoveFungibleTokens function of TokenSDK, we move the tokens i.e change the holder. For example, PartyA is the initial issuer. Now, PartyA has transferred tokens using "MoveFungibleTokens" to other PartyB. Now, Party B should be the holding party. But this is not reflected in PartyA, but proper in PartyB.
