[Feature Request] Support for plugins #8

Add the ability to manage the plugin resource type through the CLI.
Describe the solution you'd like
Similar to mcp-servers, virtual-servers, a2a, and the rest of the resource types, the CLI should be able to perform CRUD operations over the plugins resource type.
