Consider renaming package to covidphtext

Using comotext doesn't really make sense as it doesn't accurately describe what the package is and contains. The term "como" in the name is irrelevant as the text included in the package is not about CoMo but about COVID-19 response in the Philippines.

covidphtext seems a more appropriate package name as it refers directly to covid as the key topic of the package, ph to connote the Philippines and text to signify that this is focused on text information or data.
