Homebrew recipe is not up to date with bbl version

The README says to use homebrew on Mac.
The current version of BBL is v9.0.29

The homebrew formula is still at v8.4.103

Looks like it's been commented out of the pipeline for 4 years: https://github.com/cloudfoundry/bosh-bootloader/blob/main/ci/pipelines/bosh-bootloader.yml

Don't see any reason why it can't be brought back though.

i don't have a mac so i cannot test any of this.
@jpalermo do you maby have some time to look at this?

This was resolved with #673.
The latest bbl version is now available with homebrew.
