[BUG] fcd-classic Endpoint Issue and Possible Richlist Issue(?)

Description:
Since fcd-classic repository does not have its own issues, putting it in the issues for this repository.

• Someone mentioned this endpoint no longer works:

  • https://github.com/classic-terra/fcd-classic/blob/classic-main/src/service/token/token.ts#L32

• Someone noticed a peculiar potential issue with the /v1/richlist/uluna endpoint. It does returns data, and according to the original PR appears to have envisioned it to be account balance + bonded delegations + unbonding delegations (may want to check me on that though to make sure I got that correct or not?). But, if that is the case, one of the wallets that should appear in the results in Binance's wallet since it shows a much greater balance than the first result back from the richlist endpoint(?):

  • The results of an entry from the richlist endpoint looks about right though when I lookup one of the accounts it reports back. However, it appears that their are wallet accounts (like the link above) that are greater in coin balances than the highest reported entry from the richlist endpoint.

Richlist does not work without a service that periodically updates the table.
