Dynamic demo page for CLARIN base style (CI)

Find out if there is a way to generate a demo page on each build. There is a Travis job for the repository, so we could generate the demo artefact during build but there currently does not seem to be a way to make it available (currently only upload to Amazon S3 is supported).

Alternatives:

• as part of the Travis job, the compiled CSS could be uploaded to some webdav location (based on an access token?) that also holds a demo HTML page
• a static page could compile the LESS (bootstrap + CLARIN variables.less) using javascript
