t0001-basic-runasuser.t tries to execute from source tree as nobody

Problem: tests fail if a user builds diod in their home directory but (reasonable) permissions prevent the diodcli executable from being run as the nobody user.

Maybe the test should be skipped if the that won't work, or the executable should be to /tmp?
